1. Delivery Process & Timeframe
Upon verification of a successful transaction processed through our secure Razorpay integration:
- Your account's download quota will be instantly incremented by the purchased number of credits (e.g., +5 downloads).
- Access to the premium templates editor and Gemini AI rewrite options is unlocked immediately.
- There is a 0-day shipping time, and delivery takes place in real-time (typically within seconds of transaction authorization).
2. Shipping Costs & Duties
Because all items are digital software assets hosted in our secure cloud framework, **there are no shipping costs, packaging costs, handling fees, or import/customs duties** associated with any purchase on DopeResume.
3. Delivery Verification and Errors
A transaction is considered "delivered" when our system issues the corresponding credits to your email sign-in profile. You will also receive an email confirmation containing the payment details and your updated quota status.
If your credits do not appear in your account dashboard due to a network error, please log out and sign back in, or contact us at our support team. We will manually verify the payment ID and credit your account immediately.
