No Refund & No Cancellation
Since DopeResume provides digital goods (download credits, PDF downloads) that are delivered instantly upon successful payment, and consumes third-party AI processing resources, **all purchases are final and non-refundable**. We do not support order cancellations once a transaction has completed.
1. Digital Nature of Goods
By purchasing a premium package, download credits, or subscription plan on DopeResume, you receive immediate access to high-fidelity resume template exports and AI content suggestions. Because these credits are instantly credited to your account and can be consumed immediately, they cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We only review transaction queries in the following double-billing situations:
- You were billed multiple times for the same single package purchase due to a payment gateway timeout or technical failure.
- You completed the transaction, money was deducted from your account, but the corresponding download credits were not added to your dashboard within 2 hours.
In such occurrences, please send an email to our support team with transaction receipts, and we will initiate a resolution or refund processed within 5-7 working days.
3. How Refunds are Processed
For verified double-billing errors, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay). Standard processing times for refunds to reflect in your bank account, credit card statement, or wallet are between 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank cycles.
